Where do you ship from?
We make and ship all our items from our workshop in Cherkasy, Ukraine. Our workshop operates and delivery works in times of war. You can safely place your order.
Do you make or resell your items?
We design and make all the items we sell.
How long does shipping take?
Normally, we have 1 or 2 of each item we make in stock. If not, it takes us 2-3 days to make it. Shipping usually takes 10-14 business days within the EU. Delivery to the USA and Canada also takes 10-14 days.
Do you take custom orders?
Yes! We love custom work, don't hesitate to contact us.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Contact our support team for assistance.
